Hippopotamical Hermelin
Well the Mitteleuropan cravings have been put to rest for a day or two by the judicious application of Hermelin - soft cheese, lightly pickled and served on a plate with onions and peppercorns (also pickled) and a bonus garlic clove, fresh. Or barely pickled. Or barely picked...
Kudos to she who deems it necessary to visit hippos in the wild for the photo, more blurred than usual it is true, but which comes into splendid focus given a suitable quota of liquid Krusovice.
Those cunning goats seem to have gotten the better of the human's attempts at photography and have done terrible things to his memory card, but then again where else can you find good clean family fun on a website that proudly declares "US residents under the age of 21 and all other persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter"?
